Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or share your personal information. SleepLedger is designed with privacy as a core principle.

Data We Access

SleepLedger reads the following data from Apple Health with your explicit permission:

  • •Sleep analysis data (duration, stages, in-bed time)
  • •Heart rate data (overnight average)
  • •Heart rate variability / HRV (overnight average)

This data is read from Apple Health and processed entirely on your device. SleepLedger does not write any data to Apple Health.

Data Storage

Your sleep records, calculated statistics, and user settings are stored locally on your device. No data is sent to any server or cloud service.

Data We Do NOT Collect

  • ✗Personal identification information
  • ✗Location or GPS data
  • ✗Device identifiers or fingerprints
  • ✗Analytics or usage tracking
  • ✗Crash reports
  • ✗Advertising identifiers

Third-Party Services

SleepLedger integrates with the following Apple services only:

  • •Apple HealthKit — to read sleep and health data
  • •App Store / StoreKit — to process in-app purchases

No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included in the app.

In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or any financial data.

Children's Privacy

SleepLedger does not collect any personal data from anyone, including children. The app complies with applicable children's privacy regulations.

Data Security

Your data is protected by iOS built-in encryption and the secure storage mechanisms provided by the operating system. Since no data leaves your device, there is no risk of server-side data breaches.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

  • •Revoke Apple Health access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health
  • •Reset all app data from SleepLedger's Settings screen
  • •Uninstall the app to permanently delete all stored data

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
